1. Fully Refundable Deposit: Your deposit is completely refundable for both Scheduled and Private Trips†.

2. Fully Transferable Deposit: On Scheduled Trips†, you have the option to transfer your deposit to another trip or keep it on account for a future trip before your final payment date.

3. Special Departures: For Special Departures, you can transfer your deposits to a new trip up to 155 days before the trip start.

4. Traveling with More Guests: In the unlikely event that your trip has only one or two parties, we will contact you before the final payment to inquire if you prefer to travel with more guests. If you choose to transfer to a fuller trip, you'll receive a $300 credit per guest.

5. Small Group Preference: Alternatively, if you prefer to travel with a very small group, an additional $800 per guest ensures that your trip will run.
